I agree with whoever said metalcore shouldnt' be used anymore. It's a term that has already lost, or is very close to losing, its meaning. It once had meaning - Earth Crisis and Prayer for Cleansing were exactly metalcore done the right way - but has weakened to the point where it doesn't really 'say' anything anymore. The 'core' part needs to be dropped since almost no band playing this music has any relation to hardcore these days.

I'm half and half on this tour. Gojira RULES! I actually got to see them last night and they made me want to smash my face into a table or something, haha! No surprise they are on this tour considering a drunken Randy Blythe spent their set headbanging and running on stage to growl. Of course I'm very interested in seeing Lamb of God support the Sacrament album, but Machine Head and Trivium can just play their asses off while I drink and laugh.

This year ended great for me, Cannibal Corpse show, Deicide show, and Gwar last week. But so far for 07 not alot of good tours, especially this one, are coming near me.
I'm planning to drive out of state for Sadus; not too big a deal but I do it occasionally. I do wish or hope they'd come out with a Michigan date.
Anyone going to attend any of the STILLBORN FEST. dates? This sat. in clifton park, ny HATEBREED, GOD FORBID, FULL BLOWN CHOAS, SUBZERO, and a few local bands. Should be a good show, close to being sold out 800+ compacity venue!! Also Jamie Jasta had this to say....
