This is how I listen to my cds, I plug in MLB The show 2009 on Playstation 3 with the TV sound off and my stero headphones on

Heh, I kind of do the same thing, but on the X-Box 360 you can stream music directly from your computer and have it play through your TV. It will automatically turn off the game music but leave the game sounds, it's perfect.

I wouldn't be surprised if the PS3 could do the same thing.
