Power Ballads

Hi:
I'm working with some friends to put together a Top 100 Power Ballads list. I would like to make sure that I don't overlook any worthy candidates. I think that I have the 80's covered pretty well but any less well known gems from the 90's and beyond from Hard Rock or Prog/Power bands that you know? Thanks for your help.
