Are they planning on reissuing the rest of the catalog in this deluxe new way (i.e. the Gabriel-era ones)? I can't see to find any info on this, anybody hear anything?

Yes. The Gabriel era will be reissued in 2008. The next batch focuses on the post Abacab albums. They were supposed to be out in July but were just bumped to September.
