Tailgating at The Red Roof Inn/ Powerfest

That had to be the single best part of Powerfest. Right out in the parking lot in front of Room 102! MetalRose, Traceym Shaye, Alicia, Kim, Britt, Paul, Norman, Bear, and Urban Breed make that so memorable. Highlights included.


1. Metalrose and Tracey running out of their rooms wuth two squirt guns each bathing all of us until I got ahold of one and getting Tracey. Dammit why can't you women wear tight white tops when that happens.
2. The "escort" that was knocking at Urbans room at 4AM. What was that all about?
3. Shaye just being beautiful Shaye. Nuff said.

I had a great time hanging out with you guys! Thanks for letting me join your party. I wish the call girl would have tried again - Oh, I wanted to see the look on Urban's face! I ended up walking over to the Ramada 105 party and stayed up until 6am talking with Shaye & Urban. I didn't ask about the call girl scenario, but I should have! haha! My favorite moments of the after-party are Shaye talking about anatomy class and almost getting Urban into my tall girly boots. I think Shaye & I ended up being the last to go to bed last night. Check-out comes real fast when you don't get to sleep until 6:30!

It was real great to meet everyone and make some new friends. I love the 'family' feel that seems to be present during Powerfest & ProgPower. I can't wait to see everyone again in September!

HAHAHA! I'm glad he came out of his shell and stuck around to talk with us. That was the longest I saw him stay in one place! It was really great to meet you, too! At ProgPower, we'll have to go out drinking together... mineral water, that is!

Did you have a safe and easy trip home? When did you get back? It only took me about 2 hours to get home, but that includes making a stop to get some pictures of exit signs for the city of 'Glenn: Pancake Town'.

OMG that's a HORRIBLE picture of me! LOL.

That was fucking GREAT! I think the only reason Urban's escort didn't reach him is because The Pussy Posse's "special secrets" that lured him to party with us until all hours of the night.

Shaye, I'll also give you props for staying up later than I did. Out party? Nah, If we flew we'd be up all night! LOL.

Highlights of the weekend:

1. Seeing old friends I haven't seen in a long time and being so cool to my new friend
2. The Pussy Posse's vinyl night!
3. Urban at Hooters trying to explain what mineral water was.
4. Breaking the law
5. Just as Urban was about to leave, he stopped himself, declared "Hugs!" And made sure to give us all one more hug before he left. Then a car procession with all the guys in TM throwing the final horns of the weekend.
6. Urban letting me play with his hair for almost an hour on Friday night. MMMM.
7. The collection of 6, count them 6 Drumsticks that were donated to my son for his collection. A HUGE Thanks to Imagika for that, Henry went out of his way to make sure everyone signed it. Also a huge thanks to Norman for bringing sticks from his other projects.

A HUGE hug to Peter for making sure my son got a TM stick.

And to Sean, you so rule! He also generously donated a stick to my hellion.

When I brought them to him tonight, his eyes got really wide and said he was going to mail Thank You cards to everyone.

How Peter (TM) cut the bridge of his nose. The entire weekend he was so quiet then out of no-where the BEST story EVER. It was a total Silent Bob moment. If you weren't there, you missed it.

Dave and I agree it was one kick ass good time. This may just become a regular stop in our yearly tour schedule. It was great meeting everyone and hanging out. I can't wait to do it again in Atlanta. My picts are all on the comp now, but it will take me a while to post them all on the website.

The tailgate thing worked out well and hopefully helped folks get aquainted with one another, while also allowing us all to enjoy the excellent weather we had.

Tailgating was so fun with you guys! I'm glad the weather cooperated, although at least a few of us are a bit pinker because of it

Hanging out with the Pussy Posse was the coolest - I can't even imagine what trouble we will cause in Atlanta...and I can't friggin wait! Also can't wait to see the evidence, er I mean pictures...

The bands rocked, the before and after partying rocked, Cocula and the spicy tongue rocked, but hanging out with old friends and making new ones was the best part. The family just keeps getting bigger and more insane - I love it!

The only problem with the tailgating was that someone (or something) got to close to my rental car and left a large scratch in the driver's side rear fender.
