Where's the reason for not calling the bands listed, metal? Just cause some are mallcore, and some need to work on their musicianship doesn't mean they're not metal. Nu-Metal has metal influences...(hence the term...nu-"metal"?)

Hmm... we both agree some of the bands listed suck...(i.e. Disturbed). But that doesn't mean they're not metal. You'll find bands like that bring the music community down in every genre... another example would be Manowar. If that's all people new about metalheads, then I don't blame them for shunning us most of the time.
