2006 Fav's List

I thought for sure that it was released in 2005....but I saw Karro's list and thought I must be drinking too much because I didn't remember it being released in 2006:lol:

i had a lot of coffee in me (which explains why my list is like a half page long)
i'll buy you a beer as a peace offering for my mistake :kickass:

and i'll substitue pearl jam's self titled release in it's place

also i forgot to mention that the only reunion in 2006 that mattered was
pink floyd at live 8

Beck - The Information
Buckethead - Elephant Man's Alarm Clock
Gnarls Barkley - St. Elsewhere
Melvins - a Senile Animal
Peeping Tom
Voivod - Katorz

That's about all I've bought this year, as far as new releases go.

In no particular order:
Muse- Black Holes and Revelations
Dragonforce- Inhuman Rampage
Peeping Tom
Slayer- Christ Illusion

...though they be the only CDs I bought this year anyway ;)
(what? I've been a student til a few months ago...I'm POOR!):Spin:

1. Devin Townsend - Synchestra. One word: Beautiful

2. Strapping Young Lad - The New Black Another unique album from SYL. Devin Townsend is a musical genius. No, scratch that. He's a musical GOD. So glad I met him this year

3. Slayer - Christ Illusion What can I say, I like it. Piussed off and controversial. Slayer style

4. Beyond Fear Ripper Owens is so underrated

5. Hatebreed - Supremacy I happen to like Hatebreed, so piss off!

6. Brand New Sin - Tequila I've loved these guys since anyone new who they were. Almost as good as their debut

judging by youre pics you also love Fred Durst so poop off!!

hatebreed rules!!! what about Terror and Path of Resistance?

DD - man i haven't bought squat in eons.

with 4 kids i just gave up owning a cd cause between them and me we wound up using em like coasters lol.

A Matter Of Life And Death is the album of the year for me easily, Iron Fucking Maiden at their best like always. then you have Metal Black from Venom, what a record.

Christ Illusion is really a dissapointment for me after the masterpiece that was GHUA. I mean the classic line up and they've come up with this release, no.

10,000 Days from Tool was okay but the booklet was fucking cool.

Apparantly the new Sodom is really good too but I have yet to hear it

Cheers !
