I don't know that much instrumental albums, certainly not much of what is named in this thread. I'll check it out, I like instrumental tracks.

From the ones that I know, two albums come to mind:

When Day Descends - Transcend
Kitaro - Kojiki

I'm sure most of you are familiar with WDD. Kitaro is real nice music too, I don't think a lot of people know it. If you can find some albums, try it. Kojiki is my favorite.

Morte Macabre - Symphonic Holocaust
Machinae Supremacy - Jets'N'Guns
Holdsworth & Johan - Heavy Machinary
Ulver - Lykanthropen Themes
Fredrik Thordendal - Fredrik Thordendal's Special Defects (not really a instrumental album but almost is and is too good not to mention)

oddly enough seth...hansson completely slipped my mind. fuck. too many choices of amazing albums without vocals. :ill:
indeed. though the first minute of 'time for great achievements' alone puts attic thoughts in my top 5 . :Smokedev:

attic thoughts is one of my favorite albums ever. as well as bo hansson being one of my favorite musicians and composers. which reminds me, i think flasket brinner definitely needs a place in this thread as well, although not all of their material is instrumental. :erk:
