I can't believe the nerve of these twits who would try to bootleg at Progpower...

I can. We deal with them annually. What blows my mind is this guy, with multiple years worth of PPUSA video online for the world to see, trying to cop the victim attitude. 'If you'd asked me nicely, waah waah'..f*ck that. You knew the rules, you BLATANTLY broke them, end of story, ya tool.

I'd love to start photographing the people we bust & posting their pics on the doors/in the venue the following year so everyone could see them. Then we'd have all 1000+ attendees watching out for them..hehe.

Leonel, there's nothing wrong with wanting to support the bands and the music we love. You might very well be friendly with some of these bands, and that's cool, but here's the thing - ProgPower USA is Glenn's festival. He is the boss and attendees must abide by the rules he sets. Simple, yes?

It seems easy enough for everyone else to understand. Stop acting like Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer, dude.

On one hand, I LOL at bootleggers who get caught and outed and all out destroyed here on the forum. On the other hand, it angers me to no end that it happens, since it takes away from everyone's enjoyment from the show. I know how much the crew looks forward to just enjoying the few moments they have of calm during a set, and to have that eaten up by slobbenly fuckheads like Lionel is just infuriating to me. It's completely unfair that you can't even enjoy the fruits of your labors because a few selfish snotrags want to make shitty, sub-par recordings no one is interested in anyway.

Ok, so he thought the other guy's site was cool and he saw the video and he was being nice.. .that's it. Mike prob. didn't know the guy was a douchebag, that's all there is to it.

Time to close the thread. Everything that needs to be said has been said. The guy still has videos up on his website from previous festivals. He has lied to both Shane and myself. He refuses to acknowledge he knowingly broke the rules. If anyone sees him attend the festival in the future, please point him out to me or my staff privately. I do not want anyone to confront him. Please allow my security to handle it. He will be escorted out immediately. Terminator (my chief of security that everyone meets at the front door every year) will be more than happy to handle the situation.

I can honestly say that I have never met a bigger asshole in my life.
