Are bands like Edguy, Gamma Ray considered Headliners? If not, how long will their sets be? Thanks

I know Blind Guardian is a headliner...not sure who the other headliner is.
I went last year, and it seems like Symphony X and Kamelot each played about 2 hours. The opening bands played about 45 minutes to an hour, and the rest were somewhere between the two extremes.
My memory might be a little fuzzy so if my times are off then correct me.

Set lengths vary from 40 minutes for the openers to 90 minutes + for the headliners. The middle sets tend to be 60 mins.
