i was actually thinking about posting a thread like this. his drumming fucking amazing. i really love it, without van nevermore would lose quite a bit. I think he's one of the best players out at the moment. His style is my personal favourite, highly technical but remains really solid.

i would've been perfectly happy with rtr if the sound wasnt so god awful. can't they hear how muddy and dull everything sounds? sure the music isn't as melodically exciting but it could've been a much better album with a decent sound. stye, was no better in that sense and the songs were weak...

Hey guys, im new to at the gates, but im intriguided by what ive heard. i have a very eclectic taste so im after their 'best' album, not their most accessible. I might pick up one of their albums on the way home from university tomorrow.

i dont get why they have to have 3 different version of dial 595 escape... its not even of the better songs off the album

hey guys, just wondering if anybody has some cool rhythm patches for this preamp? i seem to be able to get a brilliant lead tone but im having a bit of trouble with the rhythm. basically im looking for a mega-crunchy soundy that could be compared to bodom, nevermore, and some of the swedish melo...

i smell another poorly produced album again. great... i wouldnt have minded reroute and soundtrack so much if the sound was better. Sounds like pure mud. This is gonna be a real shame.

it seems to me of late more and more metal bands are taking a big venture down under. Nightwish, in flames, soilwork ect. so im kind of wondering will DT make this venture? surely they can sell out a few 600 capacity venues like nightwish had?

niklas looks very very different now! i almost didnt recognise him. looks awesome tho. i envy everyone that has been to see DT live.
