Ive been playing HL2 and have been loving it, but i'm assuming that you needed to finish 1 in order to know whats going on in 2, which i never did. cause i'm completely baffled as to whats going on. so could someone tell me the end of HL1? in other words, spoil it for me. and how does it relate...

this has always boggled me, perhaps someone can answer.... why is it that a certain resolution on a TV screen appears so much better than the same on on a PC monitor? Final Fantasy VII is a good example.... all the backgrounds run on 320 X 200 when playing on Playstation.... the backgrounds all...

Like I always say, nothing like a nice little poll to spice a forum up. I only included the "official" maps, (yes, aridoom and ascendancy are official), no custom maps, for obvious reasons. Everyone should go to xfire.com and download this. Its a program that works kind of like a buddy list for gamers that automatically shows what games all your buddies (and buddies of buddies) are currently playing and where.... for example, this is especially useful for games with no buddy lists...
