Question on Stormwarrior on this years fest

Thanks Glenn, he might check some of the other links too. I don't get online as much so I don't see the news each time. Keep rocking!

Question on Stormwarrior on this years fest

I noted that Stormwarrior is no longer listed on the updated Friday note about Turisas, and haven't found anything on first glance through news that they cancelled. Also Band listing link isn't working when I click on it on the main progpowerusa.com website? Are they still playing?

How many Evile fans out here?

Hoping to catch both legs of the Overkill tour, but also saw Forbidden open for Death Angel during their album premiere show's at I think it was Slim's in 2008 out in San Francisco. Wow, now that was a show and a half.

How many Evile fans out here?

Me! I'm driving three hours this Sunday from KC to Tulsa OK to catch the Overkill tour mostly because Evile was on the bill, well, that and the new Overkill slays too.

    Dofka - Humanity Bleak

I believe DOFKA is also playing at the Warriors of Metalfest III this year in Chillicothe, Ohio along with Cage, Imagika, Omen, and several other heavier bands.

    Solitude reunion show

If it wasn't so far from KC I would have loved to been at this show, would have liked to seen that Sacrifice (Canadian thrash band) reunion up a couple years back, and any of the Headbanger's Open Air or Keep It True festivals in Germany (so far been to one HOA and two KIT in the past four...

    70000 TONS OF METAL CRUISE

Well, I really wanted to go to this but after the Rock Gone Wild burn I incurred, and we've decided to have our wedding on 1-11-11 then go to Thailand and SE Asia for 10 days it means I couldn't go anyway. I hope it occurs and is cool, but looks like I am getting the green light to maybe pick a...

    70000 TONS OF METAL CRUISE

Eh, they're going faster than Rocklahoma is. 3 months till the festival and NO bands are listed yet. Even Wacken in August of this year hasn't got all the bands listed yet, and the 70,000 Tons of Metal Cruise is January 2011. I would say most bands will be listed by late spring. Also...

    70000 TONS OF METAL CRUISE

While I too would love Simone tanning or in my bed, I really want to go rock out and need to find some metal heads who got enough coin to split a room. Would I love to split a room with three lovelies, sure, but I need paying bodies to help finance this rock n roll cruise. I did some quick...

    70000 TONS OF METAL CRUISE

Nope, it's $666 + $249 per person, so times that by four for the cheapest cabin. You have to book a cabin at a time, 25% up front, then on a payment plan through the year with a final payment in October. That's the cheapest way to do it and spread it out. However if you prepay up front for the...

    70000 TONS OF METAL CRUISE

Biggest issue I have with this fest is you have to buy a cabin at a time. Not just a ticket. So, whom do I know around here that would drop that kind of coin. No one personally. I'm just looking to go as cheap as possible, and get one of the four bedroom interior rooms and split it four...

    Chicago Powerfest?

I went to one Chicago Powerfest, the one Nocturnal Rites played (the main reason for the 9 hour drive), and I had a good time. However, like you said the lack of interest is that they never did establish a true niche, and these days and in every marketing book I've reviewed says a lot of the...

    70000 TONS OF METAL CRUISE

I just like talking about metal and plenty of festivals because I go to them (and not limit myself to ProgPower, although I've been to seven of the ten including the first one in Chicago) and 70000 tons of metal is worthy of discussion, not cuz I'm pimping their product. Heck I don't even know...

    Tora Tora - 2010 Releases!

Retrospect Records already is planning to release those threee Pandemonium discs on CD with new liner notes, etc. You can see notes on this under the forum either on heavyharmonies.com or Sleazeroxx.com, I don't remember which. Also FNA Records has release all three early Dirty Looks CDs...
