Circus Maximus a Christian metal band?

Okay, as some of you know I do not care much for Circus Maximus and therefore I don't know much about them, but I saw this list on Amazon and had a WTF moment. Are Circus Maximus a Christian metal band? I never got that feeling from them.

What’s the most surprising but least known thing you can tell me about the band? Are there any false impressions that you’d like to change?

As for false impressions, I would say that the ones who think we are a Christian band are mistaken. No offence. I’ve heard this before . . . but noooooooo, no truth to that. Within the band, each member probably has a somewhat different view on life, but there is nothing in this that suggests our music being influenced by Christianity. Other than that, we are just a normal group of porn-loving guys (hehe), making music, occasional partying, watching movies, hanging out with family and friends, or whatever is most normal for a person in general.

Hahah that's just what I was thinking. I like Circus Maximus, but I don't think I'd like them any more or less because of this news.

Not a big deal for those that are already fans. But if someone was searching on Progressive Metal and didn't find Circus Maximus because they were miscategorized under Christan Rock, trance, pan flute, or any other genre/style, that would be a disservice to both the band and the potential new fan. I work for an accounting firm that was mistakenly listed in the phone book under closet organizers. Not good for attracting new business!

No offence to bands that do that thing but it´s really not our thing.
