Yeah like who?? Well anyway no idea who he is but he's a Brazillian shredder dude who's released a couple of melodic power metal eps. The second of which I'm hearing now and I'm mightily impressed. It's super cheese swords in the air heroic stuff so if that kind of stuff turns you off steer well clear. If it doesn't then you're in the right place. The singer in the youtube song is Mario Pistone who is a Brazillian power house singer whom I know from his solo album. The production seems a bit below quality but all four songs on soundcloud are very cool with awesome true metal vocals. You can download the four tracks for free from soundcloud or just stream.
