I think you have to bring drivers lic. plus the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets. Thats how I've always known it to be.

Thank You!!! I got the cd out, but I think the motor on the cd player is dead. Now it wouldn't accept the cleaning disc.

Unfortunately there is no emergency release button, I have looked for that. I'm just about ready to take it apart. Wish me luck.:muahaha:
