any1 checked at the heavy metal night at breakers in melbourne?

i was driving past breakers in mt alexander rd, moonee ponds and i noticed a big sign saying heavy metal night on the last friday of every month

has any1 been to it yet, if so whats it like and what sort of music do they play?

I went on the first night, and it was excellent. Anarion played there that night with Enter Twilight. Dungeon have also played there.

Yeah it's a great venue, so as long as the bands are great I'd imagine it being a good night out.

I went to the last one which was Eyefear and Damnzal. It's a good club, the pool tables are free, its a good relaxed place. And Gary is the DJ there and plays a fair bit of of hard rock, glam and melodic metal stuff.
