My guess is that Ticketbastards doesn't know the difference between EST and EDT and that these are gonna go on sale at 11.

Well. EDT is the time it's set for and the time we're actually on now. But IF they screwed up their system and still have EST, it would be at 11 East Coast time.

Funny, they have EDT all over this page. Maybe they didn't reset the internet clock. Hmm... it's been several days since DST, surprised they haven't had complaints about this for other shows and have it fixed by now. I'm content to sit here for a little while longer but I feel bad for the people who adjusted their schedules or have limited time Sorry guys! I hope ya'll get your tix!

Just got off the phone with Ticketmaster. I could have had a more productive conversation with Helen Keller. Anyway....
The short version is that no one really knows, or will admit to knowing, why we're having problems. I got things like "well maybe presale is already sold out" or "they've been taken off sale so that someone could change something." Huh? :zombie:
So I know no more now than I did when I started this process. The site won't work and I don't know why.
I think there is some merit to this whole EDT and EST speculation -- maybe their Atari 800s or TRS-80s have not been properly configured to the recent time change. Thus, I will try again at 10am Central Time (which is 11am Eastern) and test out that theory. Perhaps a raising of the service charges is in the works to help bolster their sagging technology infrastructure....

In fact, two would be pushing it, depending on how many fees they tack onto this. I'm sorry, I wish I could do all three for you I only put enough in my account to cover for one and a few other bills, but I can add more later to make up for it if I need to, but I'm not sure if that amount will cover two. Had I known this would be an issue, I could have prepared a bit better.

Yeah, kinda scary. Of course the call was salvaged in part by the customer disservice rep thanking me for my business and wishing me a good day. So I now have momentum for the weekend! Woo hoo!!
