QUEENSRŸCHE: Dedicated to Chaos

Does anyone have any idea what "digital code" means?

Let's be optimistic and pretend it means a return to the approach of "Screaming In Digital". (And "Dedicated to Chaos" is a nod to their new inspiration: Megadeth.)

(?? or maybe "digital code" is warning you to put your index digits into your ears??)

Saw Stryper a few days ago and wow.....MICHAEL SWEET now theres a fucking singer! He looks 30 years younger than he is, and belted every single high note from the records.

I saw Stryper on their last two tours and they nailed it both times! Stryper is one of the very few 80's bands that's actually aged very well. Michael still has a great voice and has killer stage presence to boot!

Even Oz Fox sang a verse to "Over The Mountain", and sounded amazing!

Screaming in Digital
Neue Regel
NM 156
Q2K
that whole Mystic Force Man vs. Machine album

Queensryche do have a longstanding quasi-technophobic history.

I might be the only one but I still have expectations for this... why I'm holding out hope after being let down time after time, like most QR fans, with everything post-Empire (yes, PL had some shining moments) is beyond me, but still...

I guess, QR having that run of creatively/musically doing no wrong from the EP through EMPIRE have forever marked them in my musical psyche as "the standard of which music/metal can aspire to" has warped my mind. Even after the debacles of Tribe, Q2K, HITNF, the semi-debacles of AS and OMC II, I still HOPE they retain SOME of the ambitions and musical creativity they once broadcast to the world on RFO and OMC.

Ah... well, there's always that padded (empty) room down the hall...
