They're the one band on my list I'm essentially betting will be there and would be highly surprised if they aren't considering their last album, how much Glenn praised it, etc.

Mastodon is my biggest stretch imo but anything is possible these days. I really wish I could have found a way to in good conscious add Presto Ballet or Vanden Plas (please please please).

Mastodon is more of a stretch for a #4 slot. Their last disc went to #11 on the Billboard charts in the U.S., and their previous disc #32. If they were ever to play ProgPower, I would think it would be as a headliner.
