Rings & Rings of Italian Saugage...( Hot & Sweet).....London Broils ----Steak--- dogs ,, Bubba Burgers ---Salmon for the wimps in the Family......

Probably nothing too exotic on the 4th. On Friday I'm doing ribs and burgers.

I do have a 14 pound pork belly sitting in my freezer that I have to do something with. Kind of calling my name but I'm trying not to listen.

Truth is I never made it and it became so old we had to toss it. Was a real waste and I felt bad about it.
