Dio tours the US all the time. Maybe not with Iommi, but I'll see him eventually. Corgan and Co., not so much.

And besides, Billy Corgan is a Rush fan whose favorite album isn't a common answer....."Hemispheres." Only he recalled it as "Cygnus X-1 Book Two." (!)

I'm assuming Clear Channel wouldn't offer enough to meet Heaven and Hell's guarantee, so no Atlanta date.
