Haha yeah, Turisas might have some cheese elements .. but it's a different kinda cheese, a kind of cheese that you really can't consider to be cheese at all when their lead singer looks like he would feed you your own throat and rape your wife and kids at the drop of a hat .. and then run off to the nearest mead hall to chronicle the events.

Do it if you can get a costume together...I did it in Germany and ended up signing autographs after the show (people were so happy I couldn't tell them the truth). It helps fuel the enthusiasm especially if you get a group.

I have a hard time believing that Turisas and Powerglove will be at The Intersection in Grand Rapids. I'm glad that, just in case we don't want to see Dragonforce with them in Royal Oak two days before, we can catch the two bands we really wanted to see on the 8th in Grand Rapids.

The Chance is probably 1.5-2 from me, but Im gonna trek it. Turisas kicked some ass on the Paganfest tour (dont know if you saw that). Im willing to have a crappy day at work Tuesday for Turisas.
Yeah, I just might have to. I did catch Paganfest. But I get up at 5:30 for work which really hurts. I guess if I could see Batman at midnight and get to work the next day I can see Turisas. Luckily a weekday show should end earlier than a weekend show. Just hope The Chance doesn't toss 3 local openers on this like they do sometimes.
