Your Top 5 Must see on a progpower stage

Mine are as follow in no particular order.

1. Nightwish
2. Seventh Wonder
3. Eumeria
4. Subsignal
5. Tracedawn

Gosh, I hope Myrath and Lance don't see your list, J-Man.

This is a difficult exercise - really wish I had 10 to choose from:

1. Seventh Wonder
2. Unisonic
3. Enbound
4. Trillium
5. Myrath

1) Seventh Wonder
2) Pain of Salvation
3) Within Temptation
4) Ark
5) Riverside

These would be my dream bands. Just so this does not come off as unappreciative whining; had you asked me last year, Amaranthe and Serentiy (and maybe Solution .45) would have been on the list. Since They are play PP this year, I left them off

Not necessarily a progpower, but i think i've already had the best experience at Metal Prog Fest in Oslo Norway in 2009 when i got to see...

Pagan's Mind
Seventh Wonder
Circus Maximus
Illusion Suite
Saint Deamon
Cloudscape
Aspera(Above Symmetry)

...over 2 nights. Don't think i ever gonna attend a festival and have such a percect line up after my taste. (Unless i win a lottery and organize a festival on my own). :p

since this seems like more of a "never going to happen" ProgPower Line up, here are my picks:

1. Avantasia (with vocalists: Kiske, Jorn, Catley, Somerville, Matos, Oliva, and Ripper)
2. Star One
3. Queensryche reunion with DeGarmo (Rage for Order in it's entirety)
4. Anathema
5. Kiske/Somerville

1. Savatage re-union with Pitrelli/Caffrey, Damond, Zak and Mountain King
2. Arch/Matheos or a two set Fates Warning with Arch/Alder
3. Sieges Even
4. Helloween re-union with Kiske
5. Helstar with Corbin on guitars

Most of your band choices are awesome, but talk about a festival with little variety as far as the music style...:lol:
