In case you missed my earlier announcement, ProgPower USA has established a rule that no band will perform in back to back years. Thus, all of the bands that peformed at 2.0 will not be back for III.

I'm sorry folks, but there are too many other bands in the world that I can go after. I have to expand my fanbase & ticket sales if PP is going to survive. You can only inbreed for so long unless your name is Chris Mitchell.

WELL, FOR THOSE OF US WHO PURCHASED GB'S AND THEN COULDN'T MAKE IT...I HAD HOPED THAT A COUPLE OF BANDS WOULD BE BACK. BUT I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE NEED TO KEEP THIS 'FRESH'. SO IT'S REALLY NOT A PROBLEM TO SEE A WHOLE NEW ROSTER, UNLESS THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY CANCELLED PP2.0.

As much as I'd love to see Kamelot, Evergrey, Symphony X and Nightingale again, I can understand that rule. It's MUCH more important to try and keep Prog Power going.

As much as i'd KILL to see Angel Dust again, it makes perfect sense not to have repeat bands.

Just keep AD in mind for PPIV ;)
