Who would you have booked for PPX if Glenn gave you the power????

VINTERSORG!!!!!

Is there anybody else here that wants to see him as bad as I do? All of his cds reek of genius and perfection and have a little bit for everybody of every genre, or at least i think so.

It's an open forum last time l checked...they can voice their disenfranchisement just as much as you voice your enthusiasm. Their tickets cost the same as yours.

Not when you send in a sponsorship bid ;)

And by the way, stop trying to be an ass and going against what I posted, just to be the same useless troll in this forum you've ever been.

Here is my line-up for ProgPower X if I was in charge. It would be 3 nights and each night would have a mega headliner IMHO.

Thursday: (headliner listed first for all nights)

Savatage
Fates Warning
Hammerfall
Ivory Tower
Galynerus

Friday:

Manowar
Brainstorm
Savage Circus
Leaves' Eyes
Cellador

Seriously? You couldnt just wait for them to suck at every other tour in the US? I havent kept up with them recently, but I know like a year or two ago they were getting billed on ALL TOURS. And completely let me down live every time. "Thank you sooooo much". If you've seen them you know what I'm talking about.

Also, in response to the thread question, I'd book Kamelot for every slot.

A few I'd like to see some day...

Paradise Lost - Maybe too "goth" for a lot of folks here, but they're one of my favorite bands in the world. I saw them twice last year (VA and NYC) and they were so freakin AWESOME.

Jag Panzer - I've been hoping for a return since the first PPUSA.

Porcupine Tree - I might drop dead. Seriously.

Cornerstone - Two words: Doogie White. :headbang: More hard rock than prog or power, but what a great band!

Allen/Lande - How cool would this be?? Two of my favorite singers performing together? I need a cigarette just thinking about it.

DC Cooper - Speaking of my favorite singers.... The acoustic set at PPUSA VI was incredible and I would absolutely love, love, LOVE to see a full-blown performance on the main stage. I'm sure getting all the musicians who played on the CD together would be impossible (unless Glenn feels like booking PC69 and Kamelot again, which I wouldn't object to at all. Haha.), but a girl can dream, right?

Ayreon - I'm sure this would be a logistical nightmare if it were even possible, but it would rock if it happened. :worship:

Someone should just start a separate thread entitled, "Did I forget to mention to you all that I put in a sponsorship bid? I did? Oh how foolish of me, well let me take this moment to remind everyone that I put in a sponsorship bid."

Matt, the only foolish thing is this post of yours. I was just trying to show the other guy that a ticket is not always the same price. Gold badges for instance, are more expensive than regular tickets, right? So if I decided to have said "Not when you have a gold badge," I wonder if you'd have posted about us needing a thread to people show off their gold badges.
